All returns will be accepted only in exchange for a "credit" with ourselves for the purchase of other goods we supply provided the goods are returned within 14 days of the receipt and have not been used in any way (IE opened or out of the plastic). Refunds are subject to the laws in New Zealand, specifically the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
